Question by kellydakitkat: What are the cons of a “fake marriage”?
What are possible consequences or cons to a “fake marriage”, someone marrying someone so that person can stay in the U.S.. I already know that if the governemt finds out, the american could go to jail for 5 years and possible 250k fine. But im wondering other concerns for the american, not involving the law, but involving troubles….what hardships does the american have to go through for this, and what could go wrong, except law wise.

Do you have time for a book. Please be careful it is not worth it. So much could go wrong and then what do you do? Alot of people just want their green card so beware please.
